On November 22nd, Manchester's Bred Shed transformed into a festive hub for Firevolt's annual Christmas Bash, drawing a lively crowd of like-minded music enthusiasts. The backstreet venue was adorned with inflatable Santas and light-up snowflakes, setting a spirited tone for the evening.
Attendees enjoyed superb sets from bands Thieves of Liberty, The Karma Effect, and Scarlet Rebels, interspersed with entertaining party games led by hosts Bev and Strett, including hands-free balloon passing and a prize-filled pass the parcel.
The event truly felt like a family gathering, with artists from past and future Firevolt festivals, such as Shape of Water and Luke Appleton from Absolva and Ward XVI, mingling in the crowd, all united by their passion for music.
With reasonably priced drinks, friendly staff, and the infectious energy of bands performing Christmas covers, the night encapsulated the warmth and community spirit that makes Firevolt not just a festival, but a cherished family for musos.
